Anyway...baby update. Both babies looked really good. They have had such a growth spurt and both are measuring 10w5d which is 3 days ahead of schedule.
Baby A was wanting to take a nap and looked as though he/she/it (really...how do you refer to a baby at this stage?) might be a thumb sucker. Totally gets that from Dad. Didn't want to wake up from a nap, but did with a little prodding just enough to stretch those little arms and legs.
Baby B on the other hand was dancing up a storm. Must get that from Mom. Arms and legs gracefully moving about...ok...who are we kidding...more like flailing about like E.laine from S.einfield, but nevertheless adorable.
Here's the group shot...
We also got 3D images of both of them, but Nick and I both agreed we don't like what we see. The 3D images are too alien-freaky-looking...and for whatever reason Baby A's legs didn't make it into the pic which is even more disturbing.
Imagine for a moment a little-alien-like head, no legs, and one arm that resembles P.opeye's after a can of spinach. So you see why they are not posted. Quite disturbing and not the image I want to remember the day by.
So...two weeks from now we will head off for another day of appts with our high-risk doctor and then with my new Ob/Gyn. We decided to switch so we could deliver at the "Baby Factory Hospital" in Atlanta and also because I didn't want to possibly be sitting in the waiting room of my current Ob/Gyn with some of my current students. Sad, but unfortunately true.
So in the meantime...I will (hopefully) start my walking routine back up in the afternoon and hopefully the nausea/vomiting that has ramped up in the past week will begin to subside.
Of course as always, we would appreciate continued prayers and warm wishes for these little babies. We couldn't have gotten this far without them.
Hopefully next time we can give a gender report!

Beautiful babies! I agree with you on the 3D pictures...sometimes they do look too alien like.
I will continue to pray for you guys. I hope your babies continue to grow!!
Beautiful babies! Still so thrilled for you guys!
And yes, the "graduation" is so bitter-sweet. I am certain I cried when they kicked us out. I think I even questioned their decisions "are you SURE we need to leave?"
God is good... ALL THE TIME!
Very cool Amy! I can't believe you have two buns in the oven! Just so you know, some of my friends who follow my blog have gotten hooked on yours as well. They're like, "who is the IVF girl? We love her blog!" haha...Hope to see you soon. Prayers to you and Nick and those little bambinos!
Oh, I wanted to ask...who is your new doctor? We just switched to a practice over at Northside as well...
