So I had this long post halfway finished in response to some of the comments about my last post...life happened...and it is still not finished.
Nick's grandmother passed away last week and after traveling to South Carolina to attend the funeral and be with family I realized (among other things) that sometimes ruffling feathers just isn't worth it.
With my last post, I (regretfully) hurt feelings of some people I consider to be friends. For that, I am sorry. I would never want to cause another to feel pain or sadness or frustration. Lord knows I don't like how it feels...for it is not only sticks and stones that hurt...words can sometimes hurt the most.

I am sorry to hear about Nick's grandmother. That is really sad. I hope you are both doing okay.
I'm so sorry to hear about Nick's grandmother. I knew from Melissa and I'm a terrible friend for not calling.
It's your blog and your opinions. You shoudl be free to say what you want, babe. Somedays, we just need to let it out. This *should* be a safe place to do that.
I found your blog from another twin blog. I found the previous post hilarious and honest! I agree 100%. thats probably why i do my blog of my twins private and I don't have a FB. You are free to speak your mind, and I think there are so many that will agree. I am a SAHM, and I am not offended at all. #5 cracked me up and I couldn't agree more! Your kiddos are adorable
I am totally on board with the other posters. Your post was so funny and true. If you start having to edit yourself so as not to hurt other peoples feelings the blog is not longer the outlet that you need it to be. I often find that sometimes people (myself included) are sensitive about things because they/I often see some truth in what the other person is saying. Keep up the posts, I really enjoy your blog.
I'm sorry to hear about Nick's grandmother. Thoughts and prayers are with your family.
I agree with everyone here, you are free to speak your mind on your blog. No one is forced to read it. We love hearing from you!
